Dr. Hannah Fraser received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, with an emphasis on health psychology. They completed their internship at Pacific Psychology & Comprehensive Health Clinic and residency here at NW Medical Homes. Dr. Fraser has specialized training in diagnostics for both adults and pediatrics, as well as in gender-affirmative care, eating disorders, and nutrition.
Hannah takes a patient-centered approach, using brief interventions to collaborate with patients and their primary care team on a range of medical and psychological concerns. She integrates solutions focused techniques, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and an authentic interpersonal style, while prioritizing a holistic view of individual needs.
In their free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her Australian Shepherd, starting (but never finishing) craft projects, and engaging in joyful movement outdoors.
